How to start a discussion with sister about her sexuality

So my sister is 20 and she has never had any boyfriends that i know of but I know she has a lot of boy friends (note the spacing) and I would like to ask her about if she's done anything sexual yet or had any relationship with a guy at all... anyone have any advice how to like start a discussion like that?

Depends how close you are with her, but you could always just ask her if shes had a boyfriend before, next time your chillin around at home together just start off with "i was wondering..." then you never know where the convo will go but youll at least get something answered

I think unless she starts the discussion, you really don't have the right to go there with her. That's extremely personal and she may be offended by you asking.
