Ok so I am debating whether to come out or not. I want to but there are a few things holding me back.

If i were to come out it would be firstly to by best friend as I think it would be nice if she knew first. After that I dont mind who knows accept for my family/parents. My mum would be totally fine with it but im not sure about my dad. My parents r split up and my relationship with my dad is average. But since he owns a farm I can go into little business ventures with him and purchase stock e.g. cattle. It is also my last year at school and people have said that i should have the after ball or leavers party (which would be at my dads) and i want to. But if I "come out" then I'm not sure whether it would still be an opportunity.

So basically should I milk the straight cow a bit longer or come out?

I'd suggest going so slow and being careful about who you tell so just your closest friends.
