Classmates and friends penis sizes

How big on average is your classmates and friends penises? An example is that most of my classmates and friends are about 5.75 inches when hard and 3 inches when soft.

From what I've seen it's school most of the guys are somewhere around 2 and a 1/2 3" soft.
The friends that I have talked to said that there about 6" or just under when hard.

Just curious as to how you know most of your friends dick size when hard. But to answer the question, I think sizes in general are pretty varied. We're all different.

it varies upon everyone because everyone is so different but from most of the friends ive compared with, i was always the bigger one

Most naked guys I see are in my PE class. There penises are usually soft. I would say that soft their penises are between 2.5" to 3.5". I have seen some of my friends hard. There penises range from 4" to over 6" hard. Most of my friends are slightly bigger than me though.

I imagine it’s the exact same average as all guys, I don’t exactly go around with a ruler and tell them to pull their pants down

Yeah not trying to measure other dudes, we all have different sizes. I've seen all kinds when i go to nudist places, even some that are so big i get jealous

You seem to be encouraging us to look at our classmates when they're naked. I'm not sure it's a good idea. O.K., it's almost impossible not to sneak a peek every now and then - so that we can make comparisons without ourselves - but as Gazebo said, we don't and shouldn't go round with a tape measure.

I don't really go round asking for measurements but i would assume most would be below average, average or the lucky ones above average.

I would say that my classmates and friends are all somewhere around the same size. Like everyone else. Some are bigger and some smaller.

my friends are between 3" to 3.25" soft and 4.5" to 4.75" hard. yes, we measure LOL
school probably 2" to 3.25" soft. The few I've seen hard are around 4.5" I guess

I’ve seen every guy in my grade naked, and I look at their penises. It’s no big deal. Most of them are 3-4 inches, all bigger than me except for two boys, who also aren’t very far into puberty.

Much the same for me. 2 to 4 soft, all have pubes now. When I was in 7th grade I was in the half of class with some pubes.

Some 1 1/2 to 4 inches soft. Its rare to see someone hard. Not everyone has pubic hair.

Not seen any fully nude, but seem to be about 3.5 inches soft on average and no clue on hard, though one mentioned he was 4.7 inches hard
