Your penis will keep growing in length and girth. It looks like you had a growth spurt in girth. Your penis glans (head) will grow too. Most guys glans is larger than their shaft when done growing when you are erect.

That is right. I am 15, almost 16, and my penis is 5.5" when hard. My older brother was the same as me at my age, and now he is 8" when fully erect! He is 18.
