Hey, thought this somewhat fits with this category

So I'm currently really obsessed with two male models online, and they're just so gorgeous and aesthetically perfect, like their eyes, skin, cheekbones

I guess it could be called a celebrity crush, but I know for me, it's more of an infatuation. I sort of get lost in their beauty and want to be with them or become them, and it's pretty unhealthy, so is there a healthy way to deal with this?

Maybe just expressing my love for them to someone so it's not just bottled up?

btw, their names are Simonas Pham and Allen Ye

don't worry, you'll get over it within a month or two!

It’s normal, don’t stress
They are designed, groomed and photoshopped to get and hold your attention
It’s a trap

You basically have to try to force yourself to think of other things and not look up those celebrities. That may mean forcing yourself to get off your computer if you are about too. If it becomes too serious of an infatuation where it really is taking over your life, it may be possible you need to talk to a counselor/psychologist, though considering that can get expensive, I would recommend trying your best to use self-control at first.

Thanks Seth, have you had past experience with this?

um not really to the point of infatuation no. Like all people I have celebrity crushes and there are some I enjoy more than others. But I know it is unhealthy in general to be so infatuated with stuff like that. It can get to a point where it is just not healthy. and sadly all one can do is do their best to force their minds to focus on other, hopefully healthier things to think about.
