Good behavior, self confidence (without being full of himself) and a sense of humor is the first that gets my attention. Then the physical stuff. I do appreciate a good body with strong arms and some nice abs, but they're bonuses, and not an absolute must if everything else clicks.

Personality and appearance are the first things I notice. After that everything else is a matter of preference. Being not circumcised would be a def turn off for me as would having more than just a little bit of body hair.

A kind face and smile. Intelligent, sense of humor, good judgement skills, nice looking with a healthy body type. Above all honest and trustworthy.

Not keeping up there appearance and bad hygiene would be annoying and a turn off.

Emotionally, sense of humor, confidence, and compassion. Physically, it's his choice about how to care for his body but slightly less body hair, and preferably somewhat lean. Not washboard abs mind you, but moreso healthy. Circumcision, chiseled muscles, glasses, and some of the other traits here (especially the some of ones that the guy has no control over or are ancillary) I couldn't give a damn about.

Each of us has their own visual preferences, and I find that I'm far more attracted to a specific look. Maybe it's because I'm queer and like girls maybe 90-95% compared to boys, so it takes a very specific look to get me interested. I also have very specific turn ons and turn offs when looking at other girls so it is what it is. Being a naturist/nudist, I've seen tens of thousands of naked people since I was little, and don't look twice at most......

Definitely some types and styles that are just not for me and others that totally get my interest
