I think that it's not really that unusual, other than he's doing it more frequently than other guys. Most boys adjust themselves throughout the day, and I'm guessing it's such a habit for some that they're barely aware they're doing it. If you're enjoying the sight then there's not much point in saying anything. When you say you like it, is it possible he's noticed you peeking and he's now doing it on purpose to attract your attention? Maybe I'm just saying that because it'd be hot gay fantasy for LOL

I would just ignore it. He might be adjusting himself. I know that I have to sometimes adjust my dick and balls to make them feel comfortable but I try to make sure I do it when no one is looking

I know someone I worked with during internship that does this frequently. As a boy, I know how uncomfortable it is to have your dick and balls in a wrong position. I would simply ignore it even though I notice it quite often.
