Firstly, the idea of masturbation as a sin is, in my opinion, based on a misinterpretation of the bible. The story of Onan is about a man's duty to provide a child for his dead bothers wife and his failure to do that, not about masturbation.

Then, if you're a Christian, you believe that Jesus died to take, in our place, the punishment for sin so that we might be saved. In that respect you could conclude that sin doesn't even matter. Then take into account that God could have easily withheld free will, i.e. he could have made us incapable of doing that which does not please him, but he didn't. The only logical conclusion you can draw from that is that God is more pleased with an effort to please him and avoid sin than by a result obtained involuntarily.

So, to summarise all that, a chastity device will not help one's standing with God. When forced onto a minor by an adult it is a perverse restriction on that person's freedom and I agree with others - if this is not covered by existing legislation, then it is time to change that.

As a kind of sex toy for an adult to wear voluntarily, it's fine even if a little unusual.

I read further down the website and someone said that the chastity devices for guys are made like a cage that encloses their dick. You can pee through a small opening in the cage but you can't masturbate through it.

This sounds ridiculous. First of all, masturbation is something normal to do as a teenager. Second of all, there's really nothing bad about it. Like why do parents need to care about this? I agree with this answer (https://qr.ae/TUhPRm). In the 1900's, people thought masturbation was a sin, and circumcision and chastity devices was a way to stop masturbation. However, later studies show that masturbation is normal.

Also, I wonder how it would feel to get a boner while wearing a chastity device, as it probably would be uncomfortable. Also, I would imagine it hard to aim your pee to not splash on the toilet seat.

HaHa...but I can think of a lot better ways to produce a nice bulge than encasing your dick in a cage. Probably the chastity cages had to be custom made to fit each dick.

I do not believe in any form of divinity, and I'm definitely not going to subscribe blindly to a book written centuries ago in a remote country by random people.

And I wouldn't be insane enough to follow the commands of a god who puts "don't masturbate" higher in his list of priorities than "respect your children".

I put my own faith in another text: The Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Go check what its Verse *cough* Article 5 says:

"No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment."

So, this device is a cruel sin to me. Not a sin towards some hypothetical supranatural entity; a sin towards humanity.
