I don't think you should be trying that. It is covering the head for a reason.

Sometimes it takes time to getting used to stay retracted, I mean it'll tend to slip forewards at the begining.

I did before I was cut to see how it feels, at first it feels strange, and often the skin rolled back over the head, unless you wear tight underpants it keeps it in place

My foreskin won't stay retracted by it's self. If you are uncut your foreskin serves the purpose to keep your glans sensitive and moist. If you like the feeling of not being covered then I guess that is your choice.

Mine stays covered and that's the way I like it. It becomes uncovered when I get a boner.

It takes time to get used with the sensitivity of the glans.

I did that once. It was uncomfortable with the glans rubbing against my underwear. Also, it eventually naturally covered itself.

I find it very uncomfortable to have the head exposed that much. It's really sensitive and feels unpleasant when it touches fabric.
