I have only ever resorted to a stop watch when I wanted to find out how fast I could cum and I got 1m40s.

My longest was about 4.5 hours and I hadn't got a stopwatch out then and hadn't set out to time it - I got reading some erotic stories while stroking away and time seemed to fly. I did remember what time I started so glancing at the clock when I had finished gave me the total time.

I don't really feel a need to push those times in either direction and usually just take as long as I want, or as long as I have - I can fit a session into how much time I have available.
