Need some advice on how to talk to her

Welcome to the group. Forget bout Facebook
for now. U say ur families know each other and
have dinners together. Ur not strangers so break
the ice with her- She likes anime. Ask her what
kind she likes. She likes to paint and u have also.
Ask her to help u paint something. Make a move
or else u will lose her. I think she would like u to
get closer.

I know man... I just have to be brave enough to start the conversation, and I also need luck on my side to give me an opportunity to talk to her without family around, and I usually either have one or the other. It's also been a while since I talked to girls of my age. I actually only made friends with girls when I was a kid, but ever since middle school, there were only spoiled bratty t***s in my class so I kind of lost the ability to talk to them. Currently in high school, there's only 1 girl that I have no interest in, so it's been like 7 years since I tried to start a conversation with a girl.

I know that it may be hard to start up a conversation
but like I said u know the girl she is not a stranger. Take
it easy-start with small talk. U say u want to talk to her
when the families r not around. I think if u all eat around
the table for dinner it would b easier to discuss something
that would bring interest to her in a secret way. Bring up
ur painting or music or even Facebook and c if she makes a
comment. It may not b easy but get some balls and Do It.
U have to start somewhere if u want to get to know her
better. :)
