Should it grow more? Do I still have time?

Well I'm 15 and my penis is 3.7 erect. I went to my urologist about this (and other things) and I asked him if I was small…he said yes :( well anyways I asked him if it would grow more and he said that it could, like my hight, could grow till I was 18 or 19. However, it sounded like, to me, that he said that it probably wouldn't grow anymore; if it did it would be till then. So my question is: will I be stuck with 3.7 forever or do I have time to get to average?

You got several more years to get average. lots of us have size issues. i'm only 4'11" and close to the same size down there. idk if i will be any bigger when i'm 15. I mean it is what it is. A friend of mine just found out she has cancer. to me just being small compared to that is nbd

You have like 7 years to grow, so I can confidently say you'll grow. Have you experienced any other body changing that are signs of puberty?

Yea. I finaly have to shave and I'm still growing taller. Also, I'm getting a happy trail. Still don't have much armpit hair though… so yeah I'm still experiencing other body changes.

I hate to spoil the fun, but the average penis development goes only until 15. That being said, it's an average, and you might have some more growth time.

That's good to hear, as that very much suggests that you are still developing. If all else was complete, it would be less likely, but the fact you are experiencing "other body changes" there is every chance you will grow.

Ok so you are experiencing changes, I suspect that since puberty development runs in stages that " penis growth", just like " pubes" isn't too far behind. Everyone has things happen in different orders at different times.
