Guys, what are some things you do daily for your hygiene?

I shower at least once a day, sometimes twice. Use deodorant every day. Brush my teeth multiple times a day. And I'm a handwashing freak.

Shower at least once a day, wash face before bed if I don't shower then. Brush teeth twice a day, use deodorant every day. Always clean underpants every day

Shower every day at least once (twice sometimes if I do something later in the day where I end up sweating a lot), brush my teeth every day, use deodorant, put on clean underpants every day/after I shower, change shirt from day to day, wash face in the morning unless I shower. I mean just all the basic stuff.

My system is called showering every day. I use soap, but not like the Axe kind of scented stuff, I think that just is good for masking your smell, not actually getting nice and clean. I use underarm deodorant, brush my teeth morning and night, and use mouth wash in the morning. I put on clean clothes every day.

Before I got a job, showered in morning, washed hair, flossed and brushed teeth, daily.

Now brush before work, shower after work too

I shower most days. Sometimes a bath but not often. Wash my hair everytime I shower. Just seems to make sense. Its easy for me though as I have short hair (very ordinary style) so its a quick rub with a towel and its all done.

I would think so. But their hair is so short it's not noticable, at least to me. They have said they don't every day is how I know

You're not meant to wash your hair daily did you know? It strips it off all the oils and stuff. I wash my hair 3 times a week as it doesn't get greasy easily. It all depends on your hair type. I wash it after P.E days and rinse it with water daily to get rid of dust and stuff.

Actually, I was curious about this and did a little research. It's true, you don't need to shampoo every day. It all depends on a couple of factors, I guess. But my personal preference, since it's become my habit, is to shampoo every day.

Weekly: cut my toe nails

Shower and deodorant everyday, brush my teeth twice a day or more if needed. During showers I use facial wash, and also at night. Cut my nails every 2 weeks, or weekly if they get long fast enough.

i shower once or twice a day, mostly twice (morning, after sports), always do hair too. deodorant afterwards. teeth twice (morning, before bed), sometimes mouthwash in between. hardly ever take full baths. wash hands multiple times a day, certainly before every meal and after toilet visits, when i get home, after touching the rail on the bus, after having to shake many hands (like church)

That's not such a bad thing. Most people don't wash them enough and touch everything that has harmful bacterias, then take them to their face resulting in people getting sick. You could use hand sanitizer (or simply rubbing alcohol, which is the active ingredient) instead at times or even cleaning wipes.

That's good, you shouldn't need to wash your hands as much then even if there's nothing better than soap and water but those wipes has a type of soap which doesn't need to be rinsed and you can still rinse your hands afterwards anyway if you want (or before).

Bonus: I gel my hair before going to school or anywhere except if it’s just only going to supermarket or park for a quick stroll.
