Like I did something I wish I hadn't done. It believe it brings my focus for the day down by 10%.
And I feel relaxed and slower. Which If I am frantic and my brain is acting chaotic, it can soothe me. But usually it just it relaxes me more than I like.

Part of it being, since I am an adult I don't do it as often as I did when I was a teen.
