I think if you set too many constraints then you may not find a solution.

I think most people are familiar with the compromise between distraction from the orgasm vs. needing to cleanup and, like many people, I have resolved that for myself with "let it fly, clean-up afterwards" and, for me, it is not like clean-up is a major chore; a few seconds of wiping and it's done.

You could spread a towel out and aim for that. It's still aiming, of a sort, but a towel is so big is not like you need any real accuracy. If on your back you could put a towel on your chest/stomach so it lands on the towel rather than on you with exactly the same freedom to just let it shoot. But, given your reaction to the sock would you be saying that you don't want a cummy towel in your room afterwards?

A condom would contain it, but are you going to worry about the condom hanging around until you can get rid of it, given you can't flush them? Also you have to get them and they do reduce the sensation somewhat.

You have a few options

I personally go about it in one of 3 ways depending on my mood.
Your first option is to simply cum and enjoy the euphoria associated with it before thinking about cleaning up, then cleaning up after you've gotten over the orgasm.
The second option is to leave your underwear on and cum in your underwear and then just roll over and fall asleep (assuming you're doing it before bed). The next morning, wake up, change underwear and you're good as new.
