I don’t really sag my pants but sometimes it shows. I like seeing it on guys when they are wearing board shorts. That’s when I show mine also

don't want them to and the waistband

I think it's trashy and disgusting and wouldn't be friends with a boy who did that.

At my school they have a rule that no one's underwear can be visible and they have punished kids who just have the elastic waistband of their underpants showing above the top of their jeans or skirt. They'd be in deep trouble if any more than that was showing. Girls can't have bra straps showing at their shoulders, and the side of a bra can't show through arm openings in a shirt or dress.
