Sleeping

This is an odd question but is there anyone else who can't sleep unless their comforter and sheets are tucked in under the mattress right? Or am I the only one?

I can't sleep with my arms under the covers. I have to have my arms out. I prefer the sheet to be tucked in at the bottom of the bed but my comforter/quilt just lays freely on top of the bed. I don't like feeling constricted.
