What Do you sleep in?

So I sleep in pj pants and a t shirt (no underwear under the pj pants i free ball to bed to let the boys breath). Ive seen in other posts that most people sleep in their underwear or nude.

Should i be changing this as I've seen people say there are studies to say nude or underwear is healthier...like is it too 'little boy' of me?

Sleep in whatever you're most comfortable with. Don't worry about studies or what other people prefer. Do you.

T shirt and sweatpants for me since it's comfortable. Do whatever feels good for you, man, your body won't be negatively affected

You don't need to change as long as you feel comfortable. I prefer not wearing any because it makes me sleep easy.
