For those who shave down there,does razor makes you pubic skin rough?
Do you suggest shaving,trimming or hair removal?

No, as long as you shave properly you can get a really smooth result.
It depends if you want anything down there or not, if you do just trim otherwise shave.

I shave with a single-edged razor and like that better in comparison as I think it's less irritating to my skin. I suggest shaving and applying a good kind of lotion or oil afterward.

I trim above and shave below with a Gillette multi blade. I haven't have any problems.
