its not uncommon for one to hang a little lower than the other. its just as normal as one being slightly larger than the other

Oh yea, my left does. Is kinda worse when its warmer out so gotta wear tigher stuff. For sports I have to wear a jock or sometimes compression shorts . Wear briefs in general.
