You're within popularly accepted norms. Based sheerly on numerics and studies, that's technically below average but in practical terms it's much less noticed, and makes far less difference than everybody ascribes to it.

I'm 17 and I'm 2'' soft and 3.25'' hard....It actually did not matter much as I used to be very skinny....Now I have started to put on weight and the bit of tummy I've got recently makes me look very tiny down there.....My GF calls it 'my little guy'

Size is something that none of us can control. And I think they all work fine no matter what the size, as mick01 says here. (There is one guy in my class who is hung like a horse. Soft, he's just huge. And I'll admit that I've stared at it. So it might still be embarrassing to be noticeably very small or very large. But it's not something any of us can change.)
