Is there a correlation between if a person is cut and if they precum? I know from a lot of uncut ppl that they precum, but I as a cut dude dont precum at all

I don't think it matters whether you're cut or uncut. I guess one difference I could think of is that more of the precum stays under the foreskin so maybe it seems more lubricated?

I think that it's just a matter if you are able to precum or not. Being circumcised or not doesn't make a difference.

It definitely varies from one person to another and also depends on how aroused you are how long that arousal has lasted.

Some people seem to get it as soon as they get hard while others might only notice it after being aroused for an hour or more. I doubt anyone has done a scientific survey but I can't see any reason why there should be a link to circumcision.

That can obviously make a difference. If you're talking about pre-cum when you don't have your penis out, expecting to do something, then being uncut you may be more aware of wetness under the skin whereas for a cut boy it will soak into his underwear and he may not be as aware of it.
