Ophcrack is the best way for Windows 7

I have an old computer that has been idle for three years ,it is Windows 7 , But I don't have its login password.(I forgot it ),Google recommends I use the Ophcrack to reset it, which is the first time i've tried it and don't know if it helps.
Maybe ,You have better advice ?

You can actually do it through CMD if you have a Windows 7 installation disc.

If you don't, you can download one from Microsoft and burn it onto a DVD https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7

However you will need to know the product key. If there is a label on the computer with the product key, then great. If you don't, then you may need to download one off an unauthorized site (be careful, there are scam sites out on the internet that can download malware instead).

Ophcrack is wonderful, works well, many features.

The last windows 7 machine I did I actually just used an Ubuntu live CD and swapped sethc with cmd.

I hear Hiren's BCD is good too.
