If you are in really close friendship then why not
but if he is just like a normal friend, cuddling could be perceived as gay.

With my best friend since we were 5 we
were more than just friends. It started
experimenting while watching porn to
sharing a sleeping bag while camping
and cuddling together naked and with
clothes on. Shared with one other guy
mostly cuddling but its something that
only happens once in awhile.
