My friend and I were both talking to each other alone. While he was talking to me, he kept rubbing his chin, touching his neck and lips. He spent most of the time touching his lips with the tip of his fingers while he was talking to me. He's never done this in front of me before.

Also, as I was heading out to leave, he said, "I hope you enjoy the warm weather, such as yourself." But then he quickly said, "such as today."

He's married and I'm single. What's going on with him?

I think that it's very strange behavior. I don't know what he is trying to do or if he has developed some kind of strange nervous behaviors. If he does hit on you the answer should be no and stay away.

It's extremely weird behaviour considering he's married.

Now, other possibility is that he was trying to make a joke, I joke around with female friends (with their permission, and the jokes are mutual) like that sometimes.

But, until then, he's probably trying to hit on you, if he tries to make a move on you, reject him. If he goes on further, then, it's time to talk to his wife.
