idk, but since it's about size will probably need to examine you with an erection.
Just remember being a urologist has examined hundreds.

He won't judge you, its fine. the appt. is, in my opinion, useless without a medical issue

I was taken to a urologist at 16 yrs cos lack of hiar development (little pubes and no beard). He got me to take off my jeans and weighed me at the entrance. Took a long history while I was wearing my briefs ( I had to tell abt size issues in front of a 30s nurse), Then he got me to exam bed, got my briefs (almost broke down whn he pulled my undies down) to my knee level, examined my pubes, genitals, and rectum. Measured my waist and hip too (cos i had started putting on after being stick skinny all my life)...Then he let me get dressed with the hlp of the nurse while he chatted with my mom and prescibed...I was so ashamed I cried on my way home in da car.

You should expect that maybe the doctor would say that it won't grow.

I honestly don't know much about it. Since u mentioned that its a size issue I'm sure he will want to examin with and without an erection. Mayb he'll give u a magazine or something, lol.

Remember he won't remember wat ur dick looks like because he has seen hundreds before.

I hope your surgery goes well. What did the doctor say about size?

He said that it would grow till I'm 18-19 normal range but that it could grow till 20 as I started a little bit later than everyone else.

CosmicWarlock, I was going to say that since you did start a bit later, it is altogether possible for things to continue progressing with time. If it's an issue regarding penile size, I think it's probably reasonable that you are first assessed in terms of Tanner staging and then have your testosterone and other hormone levels tested, before progressing to surgery.

If you are not as developed in other areas, like with musculature and bone growth, then it's reasonable for you to also have things like your bone end plates X-rayed, to see if they are fused, which would signal an end to puberty. Given your age, before seeing the urologist, it might be prudent to ask your family physician/GP to see if you should consult a (paediatric) endocrinologist. You might be able to avoid surgery and the knife, if things can be managed with medications.

I assume that you're probably looking at things like penile suspensory ligament surgery, if you're considering interventional treatment for penile size? Maybe try and think of those things I mentioned, before surgery; as there are always risks with procedures and anaesthetic? Keep us posted?

Yeah I'm probably not gonna have surgery to try and enlarge. I did research; their was to many things that could go wrong. I will, however, have to have surgery to fix 2 other holes on my penis this summer…not fun lol. But I'm gonna try and wait it out. Also about musculature, I'm not very strong…not sure about bone growth though (I don't know the signs lol) but yes I will keep you posted.

What'll be the end result?

The holes will be fixed and I'll have a bigger hole at my tip (to fix a hole the doctors will cut a skin bridge making the hole bigger)
