I'd say it's perfectly normal to be curious about what other guys look like and I'd be surprised if there are people that have never peeked. Obviously you don't want to stare, that could get awkward. I guess you could say it's a kind of comparing. Some guys compare more closely with a close friend or friends. We've flashed and stuff during sleepover, sometimes it's just a silly thing to do for laughs, sometimes it's been truth/dare kind of stuff, and sometimes actual comparing.

I am straight and have peeked at every guy's dick since the very first communal shower I ever took (which must have been around 8??) up till Saturday when I took a communal shower after practice at college. I do it just long enough to see (less than a second) and no longer. I do it just to see what my teammates, classmates, friends, people I barely know, have. It's just normal to be curious imo. Most of the time the guy is average and occasionally you find a guy abnormally large or small. It's equally interesting to see if they shave or are hairy or have muscles, etc. Once you see once, my curiosity is filled and I will likely never will look again. I do it so quick I feel i have never gotten caught.

My friends and I do show off at times. It almost always involves alcohol and parties and does always involve girls. But I have skinnydipped with just boys before since swimming is more fun naked even if girls aren't there.
