I feel like I've heard of this before. I personally don't do this as it's kind of a waste of money and I don't want to deal with the smell of the condom. Though I can see how it could make cleaning up a little easier.

While what you're doing is not common, I would not say it is abnormal. I just would say that using condoms for masturbation would be very expensive over time. If you have the money to use condoms for masturbation and find that using them avoids clean up, then who are we to judge?

Just make sure you dispose of condoms responsibly by never flushing them down the toilet and always putting them in the garbage.

I think depending on what you're doing it for, I think it's fine. I've jacked off in a condom before just so I could get a feel for what its like having a condom on and what it would be like if I was to have sex so I think it's normal on certain occasions.

I don't think it is especially common, though other people on here do it, at least sometimes. Apart from the expense, or the trouble of finding, and regularly visiting, somewhere that gives them out for free, most guys just prefer doing it without.

But, having seen your other post about containing the mess I can see that a condom would do that. There are plenty of other options - see my reply in that thread - but if a condom works for you and you are happy with that then that's fine. Just be careful not to be so concerned about not making a mess as to spoil the fun.

I have done it once, but I'm not interested in it. I like feeling my penis more. Also I see in porn so many boys my age don't even use condoms anymore, I think it's because there is better STD and HIV testing these days.
