Yeah, it's fairly normal to do it about once a day. Two or three is slightly above average, especially as you start to leave puberty, but it's certainly not bad, as long as it doesn't interfere with you doing other activities.

So is the problem that you don't want someone else to notice the stains? If so, volunteering to do your own laundry is one option. Even if you don't do that, you could volunteer to strip the sheets and covers off the bed and put the clean ones on. Once you've put the old ones in the hamper to wash I don't think whoever washes them is going to unfold and inspect them - they'll just shove them in the washer.

Or you could decide just to not let it bother you. Someone would have to have their head in the sand not to know that a 17 y/o will be ejaculating, whether from sex, masturbation or wet dreams, so while I don't think anyone will be looking for evidence, if they happen to see the odd stain I don't think they will be horrified, unless they're Mormon.

You haven't said where you normally have your dick pointed when you cum. One common option is to lie on your back where it naturally points up over your chest/belly.
