I retracted my foreskin for the first time about five months ago. It's still extremely sensitive. Should it b getting less sensitive by now?
How about wearing condoms? I'd have to retract for that and don't think sex would feel good if I was to lose my virginity.
Any comments or advice r appreciated. Thx.

Sensitivity is one of the great benefits of being uncut...during sex, the touch of your head should get you really hot and crazy for cumming!

I have always been able to retract my foreskin and my penis head is way sensitive.
A lot more so than my bf who is cut.
And have heard that circumcised are less inclined to use condoms because they already have decreased sensitivity and a condom doubles that decrease. For us uncircumcised however when you have a condom on with the foreskin fully retracted there is still a whole bunch of sensitivity left. So yeah that is the way to go.

15 years without washing it?
A boy must be able to retract his foreskin from about 5 or 6 years old.
Now you have a most sensitive glans. Try to keep it as long as possible with foreskin retracted to allow keratinization of the glans.

Myth. Foreskins aren't always retractable from a young age and shouldn't be forced. Also, isn't keratinization a bad thing?

No way.
Foreskin isn't retractable at early age (I post it) to protect glans during non sexual years. After that it must be retracted to allow a good hygiene of the penis and, beside, to allow a little keratinization to avoid over sensitive problems.
Retraction shouldn't be forced, but if foreskin can't be retracted near the age I posted before, a urologist visit should be recommended.

Not wanting to discuss or anything, but foreskin may be only fully retractable after puberty. Inability to retract at 6 is normal. IMHO "doctors opposing circumcision .org" is not a neutral point of view.
BTW: there isn't a specific date: it vary from each person.
Again IMHO, wait until 15 yo to retract foreskin, when maybe the penis was full developed 6 or 7 years before, can only cause over sensitive glans (omitting by now hygenic issue).
Try to search "phimosis hypersensitive glans".

The sensitivity should still be there when you retract it - it is for me anyway
As for wearing condoms - when you put one on the foreskin should be retracted and again there should still be lots of sensitivity
Sensitivity won't disappear completely

Try to search "phimosis hypersensitive glans". While doctorsopposingcircumcision.org might be biased, it does have current peer-reviewed references. In most cases the penis only fully develops in mid-puberty, at least 5 years beyond the age of 7. Phimosis is an extreme case of excessive, unretractable foreskin and should not be feared as a general rule. The other link does mention hygiene being a smaller detail, but it isn't supported by peer-reviewed articles as the other.

It's normal for your penis head to be sensitive after this much time, and it will take some time for your penis head to get used to being exposed. As long as you are not having pain when your penis head it touched, then it's all right if it is sensitive. If you're having pain to the touch on your penis head, then it would not be a bad idea to have your penis checked out by a doctor/urologist. Chances are over time your penis head's sensitivity will be manageable.
I know there are different ways of looking at the situation, but a lot of guys with foreskins retract the foreskin before putting on the condom. If your head is really uncomfortable when you retract your foreskin, then you might want to take it slow when it comes to sex. Definitely use condoms when you're having sex because you can't assume your partner is 100% clean especially if that person is not a virgin. If your partner is a girl, then you definitely should use condoms because if she is not on birth control, then you are running the risk of getting her pregnant because for many teen girls their periods are irregular meaning that unlike a woman a teen can get pregnant anytime. Also, even if the girl is on birth control there is always a chance she could be taking it the wrong way leaving you open to a pregnancy. If your partner is a guy, then using a condom is a must because no matter how well you clean the anus there is still going to be residue down there.
If your question is about condom size or brands, my suggestion is to start out with a standard sized, lubricated condom and see how that works. Nearly all guys do just fine with the standard sized, lubricated condom. Just make sure you're not allergic to latex because if you are, then you should go with polyurethane condoms. As for brands, Trojan and Durex are good ones, and I am sure there are plenty of others at your local drugstore and/or discounter.
