Sensory Overload

Does anybody else get sensory overload? If you do, how do you deal with it.

Yes, I've had that happen a few times and dealt with it by asking for help from a family member or friend who will see to it that I safely get away from whatever is triggering the issue at the moment and into a safe, secluded place. I'm open to discussing further if you want to message me. :)

i do a lot. Especially with noise and bright lights. Strobe lights almost make me pass out
