I always wake up so sad and angry. Everything rushes to my head. I think about all the stuff I have to do today and I'm ever gonna make it. The worst of waking up and thinking about all my regrets and decisions I have made. It makes me tense up and so angry. I'm very mad at some of the things I have done, and I contemplate it for the rest of the day. I always feel better at night and wished the feeling will last. I'm scared of waking up and feeling like garbage all over again.
