At 14 you are not exactly abnormal for being a virgin, and there are plenty of 14 year olds on here who have not even had their first ejaculation, yet.

If you are getting/giving blow jobs just be careful and make sure that the person you are doing that with is clean. There are plenty of STDs that can be transmitted through oral sex though the symptoms can mask themselves as a common cold such as a sore throat, etc. Just make sure the person you are doing sexual stuff with is trustworthy and is not bouncing from person to person. If either you or your partner(s) go from person to person, then just make sure you are tested periodically.

You have an underwear fetish which is not uncommon. I do not think we are allowed to go into detail about fetishes on here, but what I can say is that everyone has some sort of sexual interest be it body parts, certain sex acts, or even associating something nonorganic like underwear with something sexual. As long as you are not stealing someone's underwear, then having an interest in that sort of thing is not exactly a bad thing. If you are saying that you interrupt masturbating by doing something else, then of course you will lose your erection. When you mind goes off sexual thoughts to something else, then it is natural that your boner will gradually go away. It does take time for your boner to come back especially if you were doing something else.

Both things are normal. It is also normal to need more sexual stimulation the more sexually active you are. So no need to worry about either.

What you describe sounds completely normal. Apart from spontaneous erections your penis will get hard when either you are thinking about something sexual or it is receiving some physical stimulation or both.

So when trying on a new kind of underwear where the sensations are novel, i.e. not what you're used to then it is normal to get an erection.

If you've been masturbating and stop so that you are neither stimulating your penis nor thinking about sexual things then it will start to go down.

As for porn, I think it is possible to get bored/desensitised. That's why variety is good including sometimes not using it and just fantasising.
