ok, so basically a wet dream happens when you have a build up of sperm that needs to be released. when you have this build up, and especially if you don't masturbate for an extended time, there needs to be a release. so this happens in your sleep, probably during a sex related dream when you will have an erection and you will ejaculate. quite possibly the only thing you will know about it when you wake up is the semen everywhere. hope that explains it?

Frst of all, girls dont have wet dreams, wet dreams involve semen being ejaculated, females dont produce semen, therefore, No wet dreams!
