You should be ok with the length but if you are thick or the head of you penis is large the condom might be tight.

I don't think you need to worry. I don't think many vaginas can take all 9 inches inside, or not without it really hurting the girl. The purpose of a condom is to catch and hold the semen and not fall off. I don't think you need to worry it failing to do this for you. No need to "stretch" it.
