Whilst I can understand the relevance of age to this question, because if this did happen it could be a passing thing in development, the other questions seem a little strange as if this is some kind of fetish.

Anyway, I don't think it is common. There are two things that are much more common:
1. When not used to cumming, confusing the "about to cum" feeling with the "about to pee" feeling. There are both similarities and differences and once you're used to cumming you can tell the two apart.
2. Getting clear, not very thick semen out and thinking, because it is not white and not thick, it must be pee. Although semen is generally white when fully developed it can start out clear when you first start to ejaculate and the colour and consistency can vary even when mature depending on how long since you last ejaculated and how long you were aroused before cumming, whether you're dehydrated etc. Unless it smells like pee is probably isn't.
