Honestly, there's nothing wrong with you, and I have seen guys on here as old as 17 who had their first ejaculation then. At 13 not having an ejaculation is totally normal, and it is not like you're behind in anyway. Really, you're fine, and don't feel badly.

I would not be afraid talking to your Mother about these kinds of things especially if she's the only parent you have. There is a big difference between average and normal. I gather the average age is 12.5 but, like most natural things, this would follow a normal (bell shape) distribution so there will be no big peak exactly at the average and there will be plenty of people in probably the two years either side of that average. Even beyond that can be normal. For most characteristics, medics don't generally get interested unless someone is the 5% at either extreme.
