While I was saying something to my guy friend, he was staring and listening to me speak and out of nowhere he said that he loved my facial expressions. He also smiled and laughed a little when he had said that. I didn't think I was making any striking or tremendous faces, they were just simple ones.

He was just paying you a compliment. He may be saying that because he is interested in you too. Just see how the future goes. For now just accept the compliments.
