The top attractive quality is being respectful at all times. Being fun to be with is also important. Appearance is less important, but being neat and clean counts for a lot. If I had a preference for physical appearance/size it would be a smaller boy with little or no body hair. I find chest and back hair very unappealing on boys and the smooth look with legs and arms shaved is nicest.

My opinions may not be too useful since I admit that I like other girls the most, but I do date one boy as well.
