How should I ask out a girl next door.

So at my summer job, there is this girl next door to me that I have kinda formed a crush for. How should I ask her out? I know her name, but not much else. I don't even know if she knows my name. Should I just shoot my shot, or should I gradually flirt with her, and if so, how. Thanks, I'm kinda new to this.

You should probably work on getting to know her first before actually asking her out. Ask her if she wants to go get coffee or something...

At this time she may not even know
that u exist so try and get her attention
by smiling and saying Hi when u c her.
After awhile she will get comfortable with
u. Don't ask her out if u r not acquainted
cause u will weird her out.

I agree with the others, you have to slowly work up to that and start out by getting to know her a little better. After a while it should become obvious if she's dating anyone just from your conversation, and you should also be able to tell if she likes you.

I was asked out once by someone I had seen around at school but never spoken to and was never introduced to before. She asked my older sis who was in one of her classes if she thought I'd go out with her before asking me though.
