Cut lose? Tight?

What's the difference between tight and loce cut? My cut friend doesn't know which he is. Obviously tight is tighter. I know someone that the fired kin grew back. Any details from either gender is appreciated.

I'm cut but I don't know what loose or tight would mean. I have nothing to compare it to.

Loose is usually referred to with someone that has some foreskin left over. I'm cut tight so there is absolutely no foreskin left over.

No really, I've never been cut loose only uncut or cut tight. Honestly though I don't feel a major difference between the two. I think you'll find more people cut tight then loose though.
