Both sides of the spectrum are normal, some guys make enough to soak themselves and some, like me, make next to none no matter how aroused we are. Sometimes I'd like to experience making a lot more but tbh there is something to be said for the subtlety of not making enough to have it be visible.

It doesn't just depend on age. Some people just make much more pre-cum than others. Most people do make some but it only appears at the tip of your dick once it has filled up the urethra (the tube inside your dick) or if you milk it out so it can be quite normal for it no to appear until you have been aroused for a long time.

I pre-cum quickly and frequently. Sometimes even when I'm not stiff I'll ooze some pre-cum. This is the biggest reason why I'd never 'go commando' and not wear underpants. Just last week in school I saw a girl in the hall whose "chest" caught my attention. And just a few minutes later I'm feeling some wetness in my undies. Arrgh! Getting pre-cum seems to vary from person to person. I don't get a lot unless I am very horny and I start to jerk my penis and edge for a while. That way the cum starts to come out but not to the point of orgasm.
