Yeah know that feeling.
About the same as if someone sneaked up on you and scared you like hell.

Three things that can help.
1, get plenty of sleep
2, stay away from caffeine (coffee, mtn dew, monster etc.)
3, anxiety meds

I have Xanax. When I start to get a panic attack I take a tablet and
that often stops it or makes it less severe.

Sleep and some sort of escapism(such as sports, outing with family and friends) will be useful.

I get the exact same problem. Don't worry, it's likely to not actually be your heart but muscles around your heart and between the ribs from when your heart has been beating more. It's to do with anxiety and it's being caused by the brain. I recommend you see a doctor about this fairly soon, I'm sure nothing's wrong but just to be safe. Don't get any drugs/medicines unless your doctor tells you which ones to get, that's extremely important.

I also get that feeling , it's normal when having a panic attack ,
Ways to help
-deep breaths , In through your nose out out through your mouth
-talk about what's causing it
-taking a walk sometimes helps me sometimes
-sleep it off
-Try and get your mind off it , watch your favorite TV shows , comedies ,ect
I'm always here if you need to talk about it :)
Hope you feel better

Ooh. That's kinda bad. I've never had panic/anxiety attacks, and I've never been so scared that it happens to me, cuz I am not somwon who is easily scared. But I get the same feeling (albeit feels constricting too) from my asthma if I run too long.
