At home, my whole family is pretty much outside in the back yard by the pool.

My cousin lives next door, she's a bit younger than me and still in middle school.
Well one day my mom bought me some swim trunks and it was a little bit loose, but I always tied it and it was a little tighter and hasn't failed me yet.

One day my cousin and my aunt and uncle came over for a BBQ before the summer ended. I jumped into the pool, and without noticing my trunks had already fallen into the pool. I was in the pool swimming a bit before I decided to come out. My cousin was right there and she saw me come out of the pool with no trunks on. She stared so heavily and I know she hasn't seen one before.

It was really awkward trying to find my towel and running back into the house. Then one day I overheard her telling her friends that she's seen my penis. What do I do?

Once someone has seen you naked, there's no taking it back. If she's never seen a penis before, then of course she would be interested in looking. At her age, telling other friends what she saw is probably exactly what most other girls would do as well.

There's actually not much you can do. Was she simply telling that she had seen your penis, or was she going into further detail about describing it to them? That would be inappropriate on her part.

I've been raised in a naturist/nudist family so lots of people including relatives, friends and neighbors have seen me naked since I was very little, but we are respectful of each other and wouldn't tell any details about someone else's body.

U do nothing and let it pass.
So she saw u naked. It was
an accident. It wasn't like u
did it on purpose.

Okay, so she saw your penis. It's happened and she can't unsee it. What she does as far as telling others and processing what she saw is up to her. It's no big deal, she's likely going to see one eventually anyway, and it turns out yours was the first. Don't worry about it, there's nothing to be done about it anyway.

It’s not like you lost your tr7nk on purpose right?
She’s younger and not mature enough to handle that yet obviously
Do nothing, it’ll pass, and in 10 years you’ll both look back at it and laugh

Depends on how this progresses. In all likelihood nothing more will come of it, she saw you without a swimsuit on accident and like most awkward moments in life this one'll blow over with time. I wouldn't make a fuss about it, you'd just be prolonging the incident.

Not really much you can do... she saw it, big deal. It was an accident. Time to move on.
