Puberty and penis size

Hey! Im 15 years old and i want to ask about something:
1.Penis size-When i was 10 years old,i went to small surgery of phimosis(when foreskin can't be pulled back).And im a fat(beetwen 90 and 100 kilograms).My penis when erected is something about 10-11 centimeters.I started masturbating when i was 13 years old(maybe a little bit late).Everything is fine about that.But,is my penis small for my age and is it small(if it is) cuz im fat?
2.Hair in puberty-I have dark brown hair.My arms and legs hair is little.In day,it looks like im having a blonde hair.I have pubic hair(brown/black and curly)and i have no armpit hair(maybe few but very light and about 2-3cm).Am i a late boomer or it is maybe a genetics

1 11cm is in the average range for 15, you still have time to grow/
2 Hair wise you are OK also, You have alot years to get hair...

From what I've been reading 15 years old is about the age arm pit hair starts.
My penis is 4 3/4 hard

pretty normal i for example have had a bush of pubes and armpit hair since i was 9... i thought that was abnormal and that something was wrong with me at the time.... I also noticed some hair on my hands get BLOND-ISH during summer, i think its the suns effect on it

More body fat will make your penis look smaller but does not actually hinder penis growth in any way

I am 15 years old and mine is about 5". I don't think you're in any need to worry.

I read bout that several times, that a smaller flaccid penis grows more when getting erect than a long one when flaccid. I think this is just how it is and I do not think that your size is a problem, quite average.

You're penis length seems fine for your age. It sounds like you're going through puberty at a normal rate. You'll get more hair and your voice will get deep (if it hasn't already). And, yes, penis size can be affected by weight, but usually you'd be able to tell if that was the case, as you'd still be able to feel where the base is.
