I would not feel badly about masturbating, and a lot of us were exactly like you when we started to jack off. I'm guessing you must have started jacking off recently, and it is easy to feel guilty doing it because it seems "adult" or "bad." I used to feel the same, I think it's normal and caused by unbalanced hormones and the psychology of getting used to dealing with a male body in a sexual way. You'll get used to it with some time and hopefully come to find masturbation as a healthy and beneficial experience, rather than something to be ashamed of. As for doing it in your sister's bed, that makes sense, not only is it a female's bed (a relative at that) but also your brain probably doesn't like being in a vulnerable and unconfined state like that while in someone else's, "territory." Maybe do it standing up or in a chair or something. You have options other than time to alleviate that particular part of the issue.

your feelings of guilt are normal, its something that most guys go through at one point or another, but it will pass.
