I don't know if this is normal but when i start and on my period my breast get very sore.
They get very tender and sore is this normal or should i be worried ?
Does any other girl get sore breast to while on their period?

Actually, it's not growing pains- it's a hormonal thing, which is why it happens around your period sometimes.

But yes, it is normal, and no they will not fall off- however if you lose weight they could get smaller, but it's irrelevant to the pain.

The pain does not mean that they're "shrinking" :P

its normal :) I hate cleaning mine during my period as the hurt quite a lot from the water hitting them lol

Hi Lisa R, don't be worried I think it's normal and has to do with the hormones. |My breasts are also more sensitive then, when I have my period.

There's not really an answer for that..everyone is different. Some months hurt more than others..but i'd say 95% of the time you'll have some soreness to deal with. It's just how it is. But its temporary so don't stress over it :)

Happens to me too! Mine used to feel really bruised, now it doesn't happen every month anymore.

I also must face this awful pain! Nipples and whole breast are so painful. Sometimes I can't sleep well because of it but doctor said it's totally normal.

This is totally normal and happens to me also, usually starting a day before and is worst the first 1-2 days. I hate it!
