I am soo Horny all the time

I am getting soo horny like all the time and I don't know what to do about it. It is soo noticeable when it goes hard, and it is just happening like all the time.

At school at home when im sitting on the couch, my sister notices it alot and she laughs at me. What can I do to stop it happening all the time

i am 15, i mean i understand that, but it is like every like 30 mins i will get hard, in class, in PE when we are wearing out loose PE shorts and i get hard and it is damn noticeable plus I wear boxer shorts so it points straight right up in my pants and everyone sees it and points and talks about it and stuff, when I am at home i wear my pj shorts which are kind of similar to my PE shorts they are loose and i will be watching tv and then all of a sudden I get hard and my sisters see it and my parents and stuff, i normally go to my room and pretend nothing is happening
