So I lost my virginity recently, and we didn’t use a condom. But! He only rubbed a little on the outside and stuck it in once. He didn’t cum and we didn’t finish. I’m a little scared though because throughout the time, I think his dick was like, randomly getting a little wet. I looked it up and I think it was pre cum. Could he have pre cummed while he was inside me? Also, I looked at my period tracker app and I found that the day we did it, was also my best and highest day of fertility... what are my chances? Is it worth getting tested? Please help!!

I know people get pregnant from either precum or a a few drops of semen. The chance is low but I think its dependent on the health of the sperm. The free clinic told me that coz its basically the ability of the sperm to swim to the egg that matters. Of course this knowledge was wasted on me seeing as I am gay. But now I am passing this knowledge to you.

Uhm.. any load outside can not get a girl pregnant. For a girl to get pregnant, semen has to go inside the vagina (and some other things need to happen as well).

But I agree with the rest of your post.
She should take a test, if only for her own peace of mind. The change of being pregnant is low, but a test is the way to go.
And IF you're pregnant, talk to your parents! Don't do anything stupid. Your parents might be shocked at first, but they'll support you. But first: take that test!

Oh, I understand really well.
I DO understand that you're trying to say that it is possible that semen from outside the vagina could get into the vagina and make a girl pregnant, because sperm cells can survive outside the body for some time.
However, that is not what you're literally saying.
You literally say that semen outside the vagina can make a girl pregnant. That is NOT true.
You're leaving out the crucial part that the semen HAS to go inside the vagina for a girl to possibly get pregnant. And yes, that's crucial. If it doesn't go inside the vagina, a girl can not, ever, get pregnant.

If a young girl without decent sex ed reads "semen outside the vagina can get a girl pregnant" as is, she might well fear and reject all contact with boys.
Giving proper, correct and all the information is important.
Maybe less so for boys, I just realize, but it is for girls.
