My friend and her boyfriend broke up this past week.
How should I react with her ? Hang out with her right now ? Leave her alone and give her time for a few days ? What should i tell her ?

Call her and ask if she is ok.....just let her lead I think. If she doesn't want to talk, give it a couple days and if she does wanna talk just listen

I agree, if you are good enough friends then make yourself available if she needs someone to talk to. Asking if she's OK is a perfect place to start. Don't put blame, or shame, on anyone no matter what she tells you. If she wants to go into details, be a good listener. Tell her that she's a good person, and you are sorry to learn about the breakup.
I think being supportive is the important thing here. Just letting her know that you are there if she needs you should make her feel better. If you do hang out, try to find fun things to do that will take her mind off the situation. I don't know how close the two of you are, but it's probably OK to hug her if it looks like she needs one. You'll know.

She says yes she's all right, and "that's life", but you know... Sometimes you answer yes its ok, but in fact inside, you're not :/

Just let her know you are there for her and you are available for whatever she needs to help her get through things.

Well I suggest you play it by ear. However, try to reach out to her. Don't come on too strong because it will either sound like an I told you so type of thing or maybe even that you might have some ulterior motives with her. I mean even though those two examples may seem far fetched, you never know what a person vulnerable from the heart aches of break ups might feel. If need be of course give her some space.
